Does anyone (probably Nibby) need or want some free ramm?

Regarding the cable you sent me that did 6 + 6 = 8 for my GPU, a couple of questions.
First, what would a person in the know actually call that cable? Like if I wanted to purchase one on Ebay?
Second, the mobo in my Precision tower has two PCIe slots. Could the 625-watt power supply, with appropriate power splitting cables, adequately support a second GPU? If I had a 1060 mini form factor, it would tuck up under a 1080 ti and not block any fans.
Third, could I expect a 1060 mini card to fold as well as a standard 1060 card?
